Emotional Health Research: The SHInE Project EMA

 The SHInE (Self Harm and Injury Exploration) project aims to investigate the differences, commonalities and relationships between NSSI and ODI (Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) and outward-directed injury (ODI)). This study is undertaking research with two groups: young people aged 16-30 and professionals who work with young people.

Older People’s Experiences in Hamilton’s City Centre

An Age Friendly Steering Group to learn how older people use or don’t use Hamilton’s city centre/town. Answers will help the group understand what makes it easy or hard to visit the city, and how it could be improved.
