Kia ora e te whaanau and welcome to our new Monthly Te Ao Maaori & Takataapui Focused Event – Hoihoi Toi! 🖤❤️🤍
Hoihoi, hii, hoihoi, haa! Nau mai haere mai ki Hoihoi Toi! Hoihoi Toi is a place for us to be expressive and noisy in our creativity. Come along for a fun kaupapa Maaori arts and crafts night at Rainbow Hub Waikato. The theme of this month’s Hoihoi Toi Event is: Awa,🌀 Whenua🌿 and Iwi.
When: Friday 14th March, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Where: Rainbow Hub Waikato, Hamilton
What to bring:
- Your own crafts if you wish
- Your own scrapbooks if you wish
- Your own recycled materials like: cardboard / scrap paper etc…
- A positive vibe, your BEAUTIFUL self and your pals.

Aiga Arts!
Kia Orana and welcome to our new Monthly Pasifika & MVPFAFF+ Inspired Event – Aiga Arts! 🌸🐚
Embracing and appreciating the culture of Kuki Airani we’ll be making ‘ei katu (flower garlands). All are welcome to enjoy an evening of creativity, yummy kai, and chill vibes.
Aiga, to us, means family and community, a space where we can be ourselves entirely! Aiga Arts is a low-pressure and fluid arts and craft event centered around MVPFAFF+ folks, open to all those who want to join us on this waka.
What to bring:
- Any ei katu you’re working on
- Any individual projects
- Your lovely self
